To break free from the constraints of traditional copyright law, Nuuj created a license that gives anyone who owns a copy of a Pyramid $cheme CDr
the right to manufacture and sell any number of additional copies for their own profit, yet the artist retains all other rights to their work.

Pyramid $cheme CDrs are in CD Extra format and original artwork for various packaging solutions are included on the CDr in Adobe® Acrobat™ format.
These CDrs should only be reproduced via means that will preserve the mixed mode format.

Sale price of Pyramid $cheme CDrs should be determined by local market conditions.
Unlike actual Pyramid Schemes, any profits derived from the sale of copies of Pyramid Scheme CDrs shall become the sole property of the seller.

The distribution of promotional copies of Pyramid Scheme CDrs to media sources is highly encouraged.
Promotional copies should be registered with Pyramid $cheme () to help prevent duplication of promotional servicing.

The manufacturer of each CDr shall be responsible for quality issues relating to CDr manufacture.
